All merchandise sales are final. A refund is allowed ONLY under the following conditions:
Wrong product was shipped.

Product is defective.

Customer must provide proof of wrong item or defective item and return item within 7 days of purchase.

Return instructions will be provided if the refund request is granted

Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time. Purchase is final as soon as payment is made.
